Westend is a traditional, stone built cottage nestling in the heart of the pretty village of St. Margaret's Hope. It has been recently renovated to an extremely high standard and the accommodation is comfortable and very welcoming – a real home from home. We are a three-star bed and breakfast registered with Visit Scotland.
We are uniquely situated within walking distance of the Pentland Ferries Terminal, a direct link to mainland Scotland. The house is an ideal base for walkers and cyclists, with a regular bus service to Kirkwall, Orkney's capital city. It's also perfect for those who are bringing their own cars as we have handy off-street parking on the fore-court.

Local attractions include 'The Tomb of the Eagles', Orkney Marine Life Centre, The Italian Chapel and the Churchill Barriers which protect the ancient anchorage of Scapa Flow.
